ALSYNITE ULTRA-SAFE is a premium quality Fibre Reinforced Polyester (FRP) sheet with proven and excellent long-term weathering properties. In addition, ALSYNITE ULTRA-Safe is ideal for use as an alternative to traditional metal roofing systems designed for buildings which house corrosive manufacturing processes.


ALSYNITE ULTRA-Safe removes the need for wire safety mesh in corrosive or hazardous environments. This is because ALSYNITE ULTRA-Safe features a unique chemical and corrosion-resistant resin system.

Profiles Due to Alsynite’s global presence, we have an extensive range of profiles within our portfolio that matches most metal sheeting profiles.
Sheet Length Standard sheet lengths up to 12.2 meters. Other non-standard lengths are available subject to special order and shipping parameters.

Standard colors of Clear and Opal.

Customized colors are available, subject to minimum order quantities and pigment availability.

The combination of color and weight will affect the amount of light transmitted through the sheet.

Resin System

Standard specialty grade chemical resistant system – Polyester Isophthalic chemical resistant with UV inhibitors.

To suit more aggressive applications, the use of other vinyl ester or fire retardant packages are available.
